About Krapple Studios

Krapple Studios builds commercial software for hosting and infrastructure operators. This documentation site is the umbrella for all of our products: the parts that are the same for every product live at the top level, and each product's own documentation lives in its own section.

How the documentation is organised

• Product-neutral pages — this page, Getting started, Account & licensing, Support and Changelog — describe things that apply across products.
• Product pages live under Products, one folder per product. PteroCloud is the first product; more are added the same way, without restructuring this site.

What "honest documentation" means here

Where a capability is implemented and tested, it is documented as such. Where something is a foundation that has not been exercised on real hardware, or has no user interface in a given build, that is called out rather than implied. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular future release exists.

Scope

This site documents products and their operation. It does not contain license keys, tokens, secrets, admin credentials, real hostnames/IPs or customer data; examples use placeholders such as panel.example.com, 203.0.113.10 and KRP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX.
