Introduction

PteroCloud is a VPS management addon for Pterodactyl from Krapple Studios. It lets hosting providers offer VPS management alongside their existing panel services.

These guides cover installation, setup, everyday use and troubleshooting. Available features and controls depend on the installed PteroCloud release, the connected infrastructure and the permissions granted by the hosting provider. Use the compatibility list and instructions supplied with your release.

For Panel Administrators

Panel administrators install the addon and configure the resources offered to customers. Start with these guides:

1. Requirements: check the panel and hosting environment.
2. Installation: install your trusted customer release.
3. Quick Start: complete the Setup Assistant and test a VPS.
4. Administration: monitor services and manage routine maintenance.
5. Updating: prepare backups and apply a supported update.

Obtain the customer package and a valid license from Krapple Studios through your purchase or support channel. Keep license keys and provider credentials private. See Legal for licensing information.

For VPS Users

Sign in to the panel provided by your host and open your VPS. You do not need to install the addon or obtain Proxmox credentials.
