Introduction
Server Diagnosis (the Pterodactyl Support Bundle extension) is a Blueprint extension for Pterodactyl that lets any server owner generate a privacy-safe diagnostic ZIP and share it with a hosting provider, developer, system administrator, or support agent.
Support usually starts with the same tedious round of questions: what egg, what limits, what startup command, which allocations? Server Diagnosis brings that information together with automatic credential redaction. Review each bundle before sharing it privately.
What it does
- Collects panel-safe diagnostic information about the server
- Automatically redacts sensitive information
- Generates human- and machine-readable reports
- Provides a ZIP as a temporary download for the authorized user
- Expires and cleans up automatically
What users can include

What it never does
- Never collects panel configuration (
.env,APP_KEY), Wings/node credentials, other users' or other servers' data, server files, or session material - Never sends anything anywhere — no telemetry, no external uploads, no license server
- Redaction is always enabled; review the bundle before sending it to support

- Blueprint beta-2026-08 or newer
- PHP 8.2 / 8.3 with
ext-zip(already required by Pterodactyl)
Honest limitations (v0.1.0)
- Resource information reflects configured limits, not live usage
- Console logs, crash reports and plugin/mod discovery are not included yet
