Install-time

"Missing dependency" during blueprint -install Blueprint needs unzip, zip, curl, git, node (>= 22), yarn and php. Install whatever is missing and re-run the command.

digital envelope routines::unsupported during the asset build Node.js 17+ OpenSSL quirk in the panel's build toolchain:

NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider yarn build:production

Runtime

The navigation item does not appear Hard-refresh the browser (Ctrl+Shift+R) — the panel rebuilt its assets during install and the old bundle is cached.

"ZIP support is not available on this panel" Enable PHP's zip extension (php-zip) and restart PHP-FPM.

Permission errors writing to storage Make the extension storage writable by the web server user:

chown -R www-data:www-data storage/.extensions

429 "Too many support bundles" The per-user rate limit is working as intended (default: 3 per 10 minutes). It is adjustable in Configuration.

"Maximum number of active support bundles" A user hit the active-bundle cap (default: 3). Delete a bundle or wait for expiry.

Getting help

If something else is wrong, gather:

• blueprint -version output
• Your panel version (Admin → Overview)
• The last ~50 lines of storage/logs/laravel-<today>.log
