Configuration

All settings live at Admin → Extensions → Pterodactyl Support Bundle. They apply panel-wide, take effect immediately, and are preserved across extension updates.

Settings

Setting	Default	Range	What it does
Maximum bundle size (MB)	25	1–100	Hard limit for the final ZIP. Generation aborts cleanly if exceeded.
Bundle expiry (minutes)	10	1–120	How long a bundle stays downloadable. Expired bundles fail downloads and are removed.
Active bundles per user	3	1–20	Maximum non-expired bundles one user may keep. Prevents storage abuse.
Generations per 10 minutes	3	1–20	Per-user generation rate limit (HTTP 429 when exceeded).
Allow startup information	on	on/off	Includes startup command and user-viewable egg variables. Values are always redacted.
Allow allocation information	on	on/off	Includes assigned IP/port pairs. Users can mask IPs per bundle.

Use the settings page to change limits within the supported ranges.

What admins cannot turn off

These protections remain enabled regardless of the selected settings:

• Credential redaction (passwords, tokens, API keys, private keys, webhooks, auth headers)
• Access restricted to the user's permitted servers and own bundles
• Bundle expiry and cleanup
• Private (non-public) bundle storage

Always review a bundle before sharing it. Send reports privately to a trusted support contact rather than posting downloads in a public channel.
