Security & Privacy

Support bundles help you explain a problem to a trusted support contact. Automatic redaction is always enabled, but you should still review every download before sharing it.

Before sharing a bundle

  1. Select only the sections relevant to your issue.
  2. Enable IP and username/email masking if that information is not needed.
  3. Open the downloaded report and check for private customer or infrastructure details. Passwords, API keys, private keys and other credentials should not be included in your support message.
  4. Send the bundle through your provider's private support channel.
  5. Delete the temporary download when you no longer need it.

Never collected

  • Panel configuration (.env, APP_KEY, panel database credentials)
  • Wings / node credentials (daemon tokens)
  • Other users' data, other servers' data
  • Server files, logs, or host/container filesystem contents
  • Session cookies, CSRF tokens, browser credentials

Access and expiry

  • You can only generate reports for servers you are allowed to access.
  • Downloads require a signed-in account and access to the bundle.
  • Temporary bundles are not published as public files and expire automatically.
  • If a download expires before you collect it, generate a new bundle.
  • Administrators can adjust expiry and size limits under Configuration.

Telemetry

None. No analytics, no tracking, no license server, no external calls.
